Abby has lost a dear family member in the 9/11, so the Freedom Tower is very special to her. With the Freedom Tower in the background, Matt arrranged a custom sign with flowers and candles by the water. After the proposal, Matt surprised Abby again by having both of their families at a resturant near by!
